Heyhey,
I’m soooo excited about my first blog post!!! So I hope you’ll enjoy it 🙂
Breakfast might be my favorite meal of the day. There are a lot of people who don’t feel like having breakfast, because they get sick of it or they just don’t like to eat in the morning. But I love food so much, that I always feel like eating (sigh…) I like to make a quick and healthy meal in the morning, so I couldn’t think of a reason why not to share my favorite easy and healthy ways to make breakfast!
YOGURT AND FRUIT
This first recipe is so easy to make and really delicious. To make this breakfast you will need:
- Greek yogurt
- Blueberries and raspberries (or any other kind of fruit you like)
- Muesli
- Honey
- A bowl
- A tablespoon
The first step is to grab a bowl to put in your ingredients. I like to put 3 to 4 tablespoons of Greek yogurt in my bowl. Then add the muesli, about 2 to 3 tablespoons. For myself, I like to remove the raisins, because I am going to use blueberries and strawberries instead. Add as much fruit as you like and top it off with some honey, for the sweet flavor.
The thing about this is that it’s really easy to make and it’s really optional. You can add any kind of yogurt, fruits and topping.
BANANA-PANCAKES
I’m absolutely in love with this breakfast, but it takes a bit more time to make than the first one. This is also a really good recipe to have for lunch. To make these delicious, healthy banana-pancakes you will need:
- 1 banana
- 1 egg
- 1 – 2 tablespoons oatmeal (optional)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Butter or oil, for the pan
- Honey, (powdered) sugar, fruits or any other toppings
You’ll start by mashing the banana thoroughly with a dinner fork, until it looks like a pudding. Then add the eggs, oatmeal and cinnamon and mix it all together with a fork or tablespoon. You can also do it the easy way, by grabbing a blender and mix it all together until it looks like a pudding (or vomit… I promise you that it tastes a lot better than it looks haha)
After you’ve got your mixture, you have to heat a griddle over medium heat and melt a little butter (or warm a little oil)
The next thing you’re going to do is to drop 2 tablespoons of the mixture onto the hot griddle, for about 1 to 2 minutes. When you’re out of mixture and all your pancakes are ready to eat, you can top your little banana-pancakes with some fruits, honey, powdered sugar or anything else you’d like to put onto your pancakes.
As you may have noticed, according to the picture, I’m not a really good cook, oops… Actually it doesn’t look as tasty as I hoped it would, but I promise you that it tastes super delicious!!
Please let me know in the comments what you like to eat for breakfast and use #taklives on Instagram or Twitter to share your meal with me 🙂
Enjoy your breakfast my loves!
Love you, xx
